Variation of self-cleaning performance of nano-TiO2 modified mortar caused by carbonation: From hydrates to carbonates

چکیده
Evaluation and quantification of the effects carbonation process on photocatalytic activity are essential for long-term functional assurance nano TiO2 modified concrete. This work focuses self-cleaning performance variation mortar containing different dosages hydrosol at carbonization duration. The colourimetric analysis is used to evaluate performances carbonated samples. distribution areas anatase TiO2, hydrates, carbonates in surface characterized by Confocal Raman Microscopy. data recorded during 28 days show that surfaces features a recovery phenomenon carbonation. correlations between possible parameters analysed. A predictive model suggested influence degree ability mortar.
